Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and facilities meet our expectations. Curiously, our sink didn't drain water properly. Shower felt great and soaps were great. Location is easily accessed and parking was great. Beds were fine. Pillows are small in size. Update: Staff notified me that they fixed the issue the day I notified them.

Enjoyed our stay here in Olathe. Staff was friendly and efficient. Jenna handled our check-in and was well dressed, friendly, informative, and quick. Overall our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with a good selection of items.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Simple serve yourself breakfast and heated pool/hot tub. Close to major roads. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Fair price for what you get. Recommend.

This is a well located hotel to get places. This is our second stay in 6 months and this stay was much improved from our previous stay. The management listened to our concerns and acted on them in a positive way and when they asked us to try them again, we were very glad we did. It is worth the money and we will be back again!

Decent, nothing fancy hotel. Beds were comfy, rooms were large and quiet. Towels kind of rough and smelled of bleach, breakfast was good with a nice variety.
