Extended Stay America Hotel Kansas City - Lenexa - 87th St.

Rooms leave quite a bit to be desired. Besides a made bed and new towels, doesn't seem like anything else on the room was given attention; gross floors, stains on the chair, etc. Not all the channels come through on the TV. Very limited offerings for breakfast as well. There were granola bars and oatmeal, but we had to wait 15 minutes for coffee and muffins to be put out. Good on the wallet, but if you're looking for quality and comfort, then look elsewhere.

Clean hotel. Was checked in by a young individual who needs to be trained in customer service. He didn't speak much and couldn't tell us exactly where our room was located. After searching to find our room, it was not ready. Second room had a weird setup. TV was not near the bed and the room heater did not work. But it was clean and no bugs. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee. Photos show nothing for breakfast. Won't stay there again.

This is by far the SHADIEST hotel I have ever been too. I did not feel safe for my family, and let's talk about how clean this place wasn't. EVERYTHING was sticky, and not from cleaning solutions, there was grime and old food. Literal trash under the bed, towels were dirty. Service treated us poorly. Just feel like we were stolen from for the amount we paid.

The room was very old, side table legs were pushed in, tub plug was off and rusty. Hotel is also right off the highway and is very loud. Train whistles were blowing all night. The room was clean and staff was helpful with all requests, ie extra towels, sheets, etc.

Not a good place, I'm disabled requested a handicap acssesible room. Wasn't given one there were no cutouts to roll up onto the sidewalks. Was given a room in second floor of building, With no elevators. While trying to get my luggage to my room. Luggage cart fell over, knocking me over in return. Was laughed at by other guests. When finally got into room explained to front desk what happened, they said I was lying. Then had a disagreement with my wife went to front desk to find out my rights as purchaser of room. The manager inserted himself into, our disagreement tried to have my wife removed from property, and said I had requested she be removed. I did nothing of the kind. Could not be paid enough money to return to this Garbage dump called a hotel. The housekeeping ladies were fantastic though. Very sweet understanding ladies.
