Fairly clean, pool looked nice as well as hot tub, very nice staff, and they did have vending and a breakfast buffet you could pay for. Got back to our room around 11pm and toilet wouldn't flush (my husband fixed it). I decided to make tea and I am glad I just ran hot water because pieces of mold/dust came out in my hot water. Couldn't reach the front desk the next morning due to phones being out from the storm, so we just went down and checked out a few hours early. Another thing was the sleep number beds.... I don't know my sleep number. I have never been so stiff/backache the next morning.

The location of the hotel is conveniently right off of I35 and a short distance from a mall and other food establishments. The breakfast is quite good with lots of options to choose from. The interior of the Hotel is well kept and structurally beautiful. The King bed room was spacious and neat. The bed is a select number which was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The bed didn't seem to keep up the pressure I set for a big guy like me. The employees were friendly and pleasant. Overall it was a great stay of two nights.

The pool and hot tub area is very nice. The beds are so hard it feels like you are sleeping on the ground. They are sleep number, but are awful. Bathroom is so small you can barely get the door shut around you. The keys to our room didn’t work 3/4 of the time we were there. We had to have them reset 3 times. No free breakfast. Will not be staying here again.

Very nice. Indoor pool & spa. Good value. Close to mall & good dining. Group rates available.

* Great place for families wanting to save a little by not lodging downtown, the commute to Union Station, (Science City, Planetarium, etc.), Crown Center, (Legoland, Sea Life Aquarium, Hallmark store etc.), is less than 20 minutes.
* One of the CLEANEST hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby bathrooms are immaculate and our suite also exceeded expectations in its cleanliness upon arrival.
* The staff has been warm, accommodating and we have not gone without any necessities. Attention to detail was paid by the cleaning staff while we were gone, even the pool towels were folded beautifully (it's the little things, right?!).
* The Bistro (lobby bar/restaurant) has AMAZING hamburgers, flame grilled, I ordered the black and bleu and it was delicious. We also ordered the hot wings (whole wing sections) and were not disappointed, and I'm kind of a wing snob. 😁 Lisa, the bartender/our server, was very friendly and attentive, and I can tell why it is a go-to spot for guys getting off work - there's also 4 TV screens.
* The pool and hot tub are both a good size for the per night price and if you stay during the week chances are there won't be too many people populating either. They both close at 10 but we didn't realize that last night and still let the kiddos swim until about 10:45 which was very cool of them.
* Only minor complaints: there aren't any hooks in the bathrooms (or anywhere else in the room) for hand towels, drying swimsuits, etc. The front desk is a bit difficult to get a hold of on the late shift, which might not be an issue since our stay was Tues/Wed/Thurs nights.
