We have attended a company party at the Sheraton for the last 4 years. Every time we have had a wonderful experience. Three of the years we also spent the night. The staff has always been warm, welcoming and helpful. Any requests or extra needs have been promptly addressed. The pool area is very relaxing. The ballroom/meeting rooms are beautiful and the food and drinks have always been phenomenal.

We had booked a traditional room and the square footage seemed to be so much more then with a standard hotel's tradition room. Which makes a big difference with children! We absolutely loved this hotel and this pool. The only amenities we could have used with kids is a microwave but the staff was helpful to show us one in the lobby we were welcome to use at any time. Staying at a nice hotel makes a family trip run so much smoother. Thank you!

We are currently staying at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel and were surprised at the beauty of the lobby. When we checked-in we were told that they had booked all the king rooms even though we called to request a king room. They stated that because we booked through a third party site we basically just get what they give us. They told me I could upgrade to a club suite for $40 additional a night. I asked if I could receive a better price on the upgrade due to the lack of providing me the king room I booked. They said no, so sad because this has happened before and the outcome and customer service was so much better. We got to the double queen room which smelled of smoke! So we asked for a different room, which also smelled like smoke and had stains and was not very clean. Finally we ended up just paying the $120 to upgrade our room which was not part of our budget. Very unsatisfied.

Great hotel. Customer service is friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is upgrade your bed to a pillow too. We did not and our bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was awesome. We reserved the room through hotwire stating 3 people. The room was a king sized bed and no pull out. We called the front desk and asked if we could get a roll away. They originally told us it would cost $50 but Amor sent one up free of charge. Nice clean hotel and staff were very accommodating.
