I stayed at the Hyatt place in Kansas for 2 nights and I was quite impressed with the facility and service. It is a new property so everything was in pristine condition. The price I paid per night was at par with the Hampton Inns however, the quality of everything available seems a notch higher.

The front desk was exceptionally polite and friendly... actually, everyone I encountered from Kansas airport to hotel and beyond was exceptionally friendly and polite!

The free breakfast was also quite good. Free parking and the property is located not far from restaurants and a few shops.

Was visiting friend, comfortable modern, great ligphting, surrounded by restaurants.  Who new that such a nice hotel existed on the western part of the 435 loop?  FYI:. Kansas City has one loop(I-435,) Beijing has 8 loops!  Just saying.

Modern hotel in a great location. They need to improve the fitness room but overall I really like staying here when in the area.

I very much enjoy staying at this hotel. Great staff, comfy rooms and great service. There has been cunstruction near by but its not a bother
