Econo Lodge Olathe - Kansas City

I found a bed bug in my bed and called the front office the lady was very polite and said that she would get back to me after speaking with her manager. The next morning was my checkout day and was treated very poorly, as if it were my fault, there were bed bugs in the bed... they never offered to give me my money back or even a Band-Aid. I've been out of work while the bite heals.

This place is newly remodeled, the rooms may seem a bit small, yet very cozy. The staff is very professional and welcoming all around. I had a great time. There's a free continental breakfast bar which is great!

I've stayed here on multiple occasions. The staff is always welcoming, polite, friendly, and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good and the newly renovated rooms are great. I recently had, in my mind a rediculous request, wanting a room with a different tv and they were more than accommodating to my request. I definitely recommend, a lot of bang for your buck!!

I always use and give this Econolodge the highest rating. The owner is super nice and all the employees are great, friendly and always do the best. Rooms always clean. My favorite place to stay.

I stay here pretty frequently and like the hotel. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean.
