Red Roof Inn Wichita - Park City

I just spent 30 minutes (no exaggeration) trying to book a hotel for a weekly rate. I was transferred four times and told to talk to a certain person. I was told to call a number twice as well. Very unorganized and a waste of time. I was very patient and then got frustrated simply after getting the run around for literally thirty minutes. I have to say that whoever works above John at Park City should give him more authority. I felt as if he read what to say on a paper but... he was very nice and I could tell he wanted to help more but couldn’t. Madeline at the east location (I believe) was very apologetic and understanding. So thanks for that. We won’t be staying in the hotel for the two month job simply because of the work I had to do just to consider your location. Red Roof Inn you guys need to hire a new manager of some sort. Looks like a decent place to stay but nobody in their right mind has time to try that hard to give you their business. Shame.

Excellent low cost motel, still with a lot of amenities, pool, hot breakfast, microwave & fridge in room, etc. Beds were very comfortable. It is a little dated, but for the price it is very nice.

Great value. Pets stay free, breakfast, pool and fitness room. Hotel is very underrated. Will stay here again and refer as possible.

Price gouging to the extreme!! Booked a room on website for $62 total...when I went to check in, it had booked a week later. Had plenty of rooms available so they had no problem changing....but the charge was $145 for the night. Said it was because of the state track meet in town. Not happy and really it is sad. Losing my business.

This is a no frills motel. Nothing fancy. The rooms were clean and in good condition.. The breakfast was what you would expect and fresh. Over all the employees were nice and courteous and it was quiet enough for being near a highway. We will definitely stay there again
