My 2011 Corolla was having trouble starting all of a sudden. Dead battery. Got it switched out same day and service was great. Derby is the man! This place has a great business center where you can actually take a call if you're the kind of person with a good inside voice. Very well lit. Lots of seating. Actually felt like I had privacy while I was waiting.

I have a 2007 Tacoma that was recalled for a frame issue, the frame had to be replaced! When I went in to see the progress I was shocked my beloved truck was in pieces. I expected it but the reality of actually seeing it, Wow! Now for my review, I was convinced that I was going to have little problems here and there with such a massive undertaking, Nope! Nothing, not even a rattle and It only took them 6 days. Outstanding service department highly recommend. Ps. Even supplied me a rental truck.

Overall great service!!! Happy to report I bought a 4Runner from them that I have wanted for a very long time. Jamie was great and I would buy another vehicle from her if I ever needed to. :) Made one of my dreams come true :) thank you sooo much!!!

My wife and I were looking to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident. Josh Abel was fantastic in helping us find the right vehicle for our family and making the process as easy as possible. Randy the sales manager made sure we never felt pressured to make a decision and Chris the business manager was expedient in getting us through the process. Some people don't have great experiences purchasing vehicles but Crown made it extremely enjoyable. We will be customers for life.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Crown Automotive. By far, they are the best dealership we have ever worked with. They do not pressure and make you go through all the non value added steps that most dealerships do. From the moment you come through the front door until the time you drive away Crown makes it a great experience.
