The people at Oakes Auto were great. Everyone from Ryan (the sales representative) to the managers were all very courteous and friendly. I liked the timely communications and followup calls and wiliness to work around my schedule. They had a wide selection of cars and price ranges and my overall experience with them was fast and pain-free. I will definitely go back to Oakes Auto for my next car. Great Job!

While buying a car is a challenge anywhere, we had a great experience with Oakes. They are working hard to be on the top of their game and dominating the industry in KC. Logan Geick was exceptional, and I would recommend you seek him out if you are looking far a car. He put 110% into his customer service to make sure we we satisfied on every level of the experience. Not the "typical" car salesman. Dakota was helpful, and we experienced a soft side of him that totally impressed us and had nothing to do with the sale other than let us know the quality of his character. We even had the owner Dan Oakes get personally involved with us to help guide us to our purchase. Their excellent service continued after we purchased the car too. Unusual.

Our experience at Oaks auto couldn't have been better. We arrived, were looking at the cars and were greeted by management out in the lot. We were told to make a list of the cars we were interested in and bring it inside. We selected the cars we interested in, they gave us the keys, one at a time of course, and said go have fun. The sales team put absolutely no pressure on us to buy anything. We worked with Zach who was great. Very friendly and more than helpful. Rick in the finance department was a hook and fun to work with. Before turning the car over to us, they filled the tank and detailed it. The car looked great inside and out when we drove it away. We will definitely recommend Oaks auto to our friends and will be going back if we need to buy another car.

I worked with Logan @ Oakes Auto and he did an excellent job. I had not heard of Oakes Auto prior to finding a vehicle online so I was not sure what to expect. The entire staff was top-notch and went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and that my needs were being met. Raul, the Sales Manager, was very personable and knowledgeable and helped to streamline the process to ensure we got things done quickly which was very important to me. They worked around my schedule and did everything I asked them to do. I do a ton of research on just about anything I purchase and their pricing was thousands below anyone else in the market on the particular vehicle I was interested in. They got me top dollar for my trade and made sure I was completely satisfied with the transaction. While shopping for this vehicle, I visited (3) dealers previously and Logan/Oakes were head and shoulders above the competition. Give them a shot at your business, you will not be disappointed!

Ryan O’Donnell made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t recommend him enough!
