Country Hill Motors

Bought a car there a few months ago. Three days later it rains and leaks inside of my car. I call to have it serviced and the man that answers ALREADY knew about the issue. Then...whyd you sell it to me. They take it back and fix it. Now it's leaking again and I'm paying out of pocket to fix it. Would rate higher if I felt like they weren't trying to rush a busted car off the lot. Be careful when you shop here - take the car to a mechanic first. Mine said he would have told me to stay far away from this car.

Fair pricing but you can't haggle the prices down. Price negotiating will be based only on your trade in. I'd say they price about 5 to 8 percent over what you might be able to haggle another dealer down to. They usually have a nice selection of newer, interesting vehicles, that are still in good condition. Not a super professional atmosphere, but I wasn't put off by it at all. Salesmen don't seem to be "car guys" and aren't super knowledgeable about what they sell. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a good used car, especially if you can get the 90 day warranty for free, but you should probably do some homework on the car yourself if you want to know much about it.

Highly recommend Country Hill Motors. Julio (sales associate) is awesome. He found the perfect vehicle for me and walked me through the entire car buying process making it a pleasant experience. The entire staff, from sales and financing to the service department, are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A true pleasure doing business with them!!

The staff and service they provide is second to none. By far the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. The receptionist quickly got the process going and escorted me to the waiting room. The room was very accommodating and even had WiFi which allowed me to get work done as my vehicle was getting repaired!

The sales process with Tanner was low pressure. He wanted to make sure I was well informed before deciding on the purchase of the Mercedes C300. Chris in the credit department was easy to work with and made the paperwork process as simple as possible. The cars in general at Country Hill Motors were a cut above and I'd have no problem referring my friends and family to them.
