Sammy is great!!! Wonderful salesman!!!This was by far the best dealership experience I have had. From start to finish everything went very smooth. I had been to several other dealerships before Cable Dahmer and left them extremely frustrated. Cable Dahmer was able to finance me at the best rate by a considerable amount. The hospitality and professionalism was outstanding and I’m very pleased with my vehicle :)

*AMAZING * I can honestly say that I have not had very good experiences with some car dealerships. Either they didn’t fix something right or said nothing was wrong. However, I’ve been dealing with Cable Dahmer for years now and I love them but ended up having some issues and at first I was like here we go but I talked to the GM Amanda and she assured me she would get everything taken care of. People say certain things all the time and don’t do it. Well not this woman. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. She worked after hours and she blessed my life. Her love for her company but more then anything for God and people was amazing!! I was super frustrated at first but after this experience I would recommend anyone to come and deal with Amanda, she is a woman of her word. I am so blessed to have had her help me with this. She made herself accessible even in the mist of her busy schedule. I can’t thank her enough! She took care of me and for that I will be forever grateful! Again, thank you so much Amanda!!

Kelly was absolutely wonderful. My family and I spent lots of time with her and she was polite, interactive and attentive. She made sure that we were all taken care as we worked through the entire sales process. Even after the sale was made she reached out to ensure that everything was still fantastic. She’s great!

We purchased a Used Acadia back in March we live in Texas and we're in town visiting our families. We are in the military and are getting ready to move to Alaska, we needed a reliable AWD SUV. We ended up there for 8 hours trying to buy the vehicle, finally got paperwork signed but there wasn't enough time that day to do the detail so we had to bring it back the next day. Because of the 8 hour inconvenience the dealership threw in a warranty that "covers everything" and paid for our taxes.... Well it's 2 months later 1st my temp plate was expiring and I still hadn't received my plates, called them and they had forgotten to file my paperwork (this was about a month later) then when we finally got the paperwork and went to register our car we were expecting everything to be paid well we had to come up with and $100 because taxes were figured incorrectly. When we were at the dealership they only gave us one set of keys, I asked if another existed was told no... Today I got a FedEx package with another key FOB after I purchased another one. Also now 2 months later we took the car in for an issue on the car that's been happening since we drove the car home to Texas... We have a $1000 worth of work that's NOT covered by the warranty.... I am frustrated and would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Update: Cable Dahmer said they would refund tax money (still waiting)... But the car is back in the shop another $900 repair. And... There is still something wrong with it. Update: Car back in the shop

It started really rough for me. But Amanda made sure that it could be made right. Got me in contact with Kelly and I will tell you if you need a car this is the person to see. I'm so glad for her help in getting into the car I wanted and with the terms I needed. Best part there was no wait, communication was great over phone and text. Showed up had the car I wanted. Great buisness. I want to personally thank you very much Kelly, I'm your customer for life. Thank you
