Wow! I don’t know where exactly to begin, I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle from Auto Now based on reviews, but I’m so glad I DID! I went in with a vehicle I already had in mind from looking at the website, I worked with Paul I think is his name he was very professional and has great customer service skills, I hate buying cars so I hate the process but they made it very easy! I bought my vehicle and a few days later I had an issue, I called Jeff the manger and was treated with respect and again great customer service and he took care of the issue 100% didn’t try to haggle or negotiate just took care of it and pleasant to speak with! Most people only right bad things that are not dealerships fault so I’m leaving an excellent review Incase some of you are on the fence! This company really cares about its customers and the quality of vehicles they sell, I’ve bought vehicles from all different places in the metro including commercial lots like ford and this is by far the easiest, most friendliest, and honest! You don’t get this kind of care going through major car companies! Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure of working with Jorge, at the location in Olathe. Jorge, did a phenomenal job making sure I was completely satisfied. He was very professional, and patient. It’s hard to find that nowadays. I would refer anyone looking for a great, reliable car, with professional staff. The vehicle I was purchasing had a tire that was letting out air. He sent it to the shop where they stated it was something small and they fixed it. When I test drove it again, it went flat. Jorge sent it straight back to the shop where they thouroughly looked over the wheel and saw it was cracked. Jeff and Jorge were very apologetic about the situation. He was genuine about selling me a car with no issues and I appreciated that, as other places try to run you off the lot with something not right. Jeff, the sales manager was also very welcoming and understanding when it came to putting a down payment. I was tight on money, Jorge, and Jeff put their heads together to accommodate me and my budget, and came up with a reasonable plan to keep me in a car. It’s nice having someone go above and beyond, to benefit you. Thank you so much Jorge, for making me feel comfortable, and satisfied, and not taken advantage of. I feel like i have a second family now!

Will never buy another vehicle from them. Vehicle has had nothing but trouble and the lady who takes payments is rude when u are giving THEM ur hard earned money. Went to them because I needed a vehicle to transport my disabled mother in. Sold a lemon. Tried to reach out to the owner several times with no response. Just very bad service. Customers deserve better than this.

I had a wonderful experience with the sales gentleman Paul Weber and also the office manager Jeff Hofer. They were very understanding and gave me the options that suited my needs... I was also grateful for the extra insurance that they offered me through Auto Now. Both went the extra mile and made me feel completely comfortable in the experience. I went in there just to look but walked out with an amazing deal.
