This is a terrible business to get a car from. I have lost many jobs behind this car. Tommie is the manager of the shop for them. My car stopped switching gears in the middle of last year. Each time it seems as if the check engine light was just turned off each time. I went up there myself and he said I’m going to turn the check engine light off because too many issues are popping up, but I want to figure out the main reason the car is acting up. He then sent me on my way with the car. I took it back when it came back on and the same day I drove my car home from the shop, the light was back on. The car has the same issues to this day and we had to continue to pay for it. The car still hasn’t switched gears until this very day without having to sit for 30 minutes each time the car is started. I called Tuesday morning to set up a payment arrangement because I lost my job due to the car not acting right, they told me finance has taken over and I have to make a payment of $800 in order to continue to keep my car. I asked for a time frame, they told me that they couldn’t give me a time frame in which they would come pick it up because it happened whenever they felt like it. The car still ISNT fixed, but I told them I would have the money next Friday. I woke up this morning at 6 am and they did not send the company tow truck. Tommy (the manager of their auto shop) was getting into our car and driving away. This has me irate because I just called Tuesday and their laziness is the reason I couldn’t get to work to even pay my car note. I have done everything I can with this car lot, I would not recommend anyone to get a car from this business. I was never going to be able to finish paying my car off because I had to continue to pay more and more expenses for the same problem that I went there for in mid 2017. I tried to contact corporate, but they said that corporate doesn’t communicate with the customers, only the business workers.

They can't change breaks when they said they did. I myself am a victim of this, and another person I know won't through the same issue. My blueBluet is messing up they refuse to help, my GPS CD has been ordered........? Months ago? These people are junk, the company is junk the mechanic is junk. They lie all the time. The only reason why they have good ratings is because they say if you give a good rating they will put you in a raffle to soo $200. When they on all actuality suck.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, because they have awesome staff. Unfortunately, it seems there is a little cowardice on the part of the owner, as I have yet to have anyone above a general manager address my concern regarding a car I was sold that has FOUR recalls on it. While the managers have been great, the owner needs to untuck his or her tail, and advise on how they plan to get me the same, or better car for my money. I bet this post doesn't make their website. Only 5 star posts can be found there.

Had to bring my baby in today to get a oil change at the best car lot ever. I think I will getting something new in a min.
