Well these people will make you feel like you've been robbed. They took in trade a Raggady ass truck i purchaced and had nuthing but problems with fixing it every week as well as payments to them. Trade in after paid n full and sold me a 🍋 even worst than my truck i paid for. So had to take that car back. They gave me none of my Money Back! And kept my truck so i had been robbed! Hard wrking woman who is single just tryna get back and forward to wrk.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have the worst customer service ive ever ran into..I had financed a car a few year ago from these mfs....Tell me why this dumb B**** from empire Financial kept calling my phone just to remind me my payment due the next two days! And on top of that, she was rude!..not only that but they have people paying 240 bucks every two weeks..and 40 of it is for insurance and guess what! They dont even use the insurance money that u paid to fix the cars..they will make u pay outta pocket..this place is a rip off!...please do not buy from here...

I wish I would have read these reviews before I chose to go to this dealership, everything is fine when you go in to buy a car, but every interaction with the company after that is everything but pleasant. I will not be sending any others to them and have started referring them to other buy here pay here places in the area. Autobank you really need to do better.
