Had a horrible experience here yesterday. I came in to look at an HHR I found on Craigslist. I test drove it and fell in love with it. They test drove my trade and made me an offer on it. I accepted the offer and everything seemed great. Then the salesman came back and said the car was listed for the wrong price, it should have been listed higher but they would still honor the deal. Ok great. Drove back down the hill and was met by the manager who then told me they actually couldn't sell me the car because they had no title. They then suggested I could put a cash deposit down and get the car when the title comes in...in up to 40 days. If they ever get it that is. A complete waste of time. I will say that Steve the salesman and everyone else on the lot was polite and helpful.

Even though we didn't buy a vehicle they are super polite and friendly. Knowledgeable and upfront about everything. We will return!

Had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions and were straight forward about everything. Would recommend to anyone and would defiantly do business again.

Nice people but very slow service. If you don't like to be around cigarette smoke don't go here!!! Everyone smokes inside and outside of the building. Northmoor is one of the only places left where smoking in public places isdsdsd still allowed.
