State Line Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Kansas City

I would not recommend State Line. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are willing to price match. Sounds all good right I thought so too. After purchasing my jeep State Line was going to install a remote start on and redetail it. Well it took them longer than promised to get that installed and the detail job was horrible. Especially since they still missed cleaning spots that were pointed out as needing to be cleaned and I was also missing a rear floor mat once I got it back. I also realized that the remote start wasn't working properly. Come to find out they installed a used remote start that had a bad brain. So I had to take it back up there to get the remote start fixed. While up there I asked about my floor mat and I was told those things are like socks in the laundry they just go missing and they refused to replace it. And now on top of all that I went to title it and couldn't because they never gave me the state inspection paperwork. This place treats you wonderful until they get your money. Once they have made the sale they could care less about you.

These guys are amazing to work with. I went there looking for a truck after a certain Ford dealership treated me badly. When I arrived the owner of the lot greeted me and asked what I was looking for and what brought me to State Line. After we talked and I explained everything he got one of the sales guys and explained what I was wanting and needing. They never once asked what I could afford instead they asked what I wanted to spend and told me they would do everything they could to get me in the truck I needed with the options I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. And they did just that. They actually beat what I was willing to spend and got me in a better equipped truck than what I thought I could get. I will be going back to see them for all my future vehicles.

Y’all really did a FANTASTIC job getting my husband in the 2018 charger! You guys did everything you could to make sure he drove off the lot. Now you can’t tell him nothing! Thank you so much!!!!! I’d definitely come back if we were staying. Also the service and the employees were great also!

I had an awesome time today. My salesman Ron Solnosky was the absolute best. He made sure I got everything that I wanted in my new car! The manager Rainer, he also made sure I was GOOD and taken care of. I would recommend these 2 guys if you're in the market for a nice ride!!!!

Went up to get in to a Dodge Journey yesterday and got my payments right where I wanted them they are the only ones that gave me the best deal every where else was trying to get me in to a payment that was $717 or in the $600 went to them and got into the vehicle for $510 a month best dealer ship I’ve ever been to, didn’t have to have any money down :-). It’s worth the trip especially if everywhere else tells you a high price.! The people are very nice and are willing to help you get the best deal around I’ll be going back to them for another vehicle! They answer questions very well
