I love the 2018 Jeep Compass and knew exactly what features I wanted on it. Our salesperson, Brett, went out of his way to get me what I wanted. When he saw that it was going to take a few days to get my car delivered, he arranged a loaner for me to drive since my car had been totaled in an accident. After we purchased the Jeep, Brett spent the afternoon sitting in the car with us explaining how to use all the new features. Brett is a top notch salesperson and just an all-around good guy! We’d highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

The service personnel were both friendly and helpful. Jesse kept me well informed about the progress of my vehicle, and they saved me money by repairing the electrical harness instead of replacing the whole thing! I will have no reservations about returning there in the future.

Professional staff that offered a fair deal. Unfortunately, not quite as good as we had hoped so we weren't able to come to a deal. Be sure to ask about their administrative fees up front so you don't get unpleasantly surprised when you sit down with the financial manager. The factory warranties they offer with some of their vehicles are great, but even though they are 'free', the management was much less willing to deal then other dealerships we worked with by offering considerably less for our trade and kept coming back to the warranty as worth the extra cost. Overall a good experience and our salesman was very nice and professional, just not as good of value as we had hoped for. However, I would suggest you give them a try as they have a good selection of nice vehicles at reasonable prices.
***Edit / Update*** The dealership called back the following day and gave us an offer that we decided to take. The paperwork was all done ahead of time and was fast, easy and professional. I would have upped the star rating to four stars, but there was one hiccup that really frustrated me. We had made a point to ask and had been told there were two keys that would come with the vehicle. After we had done all the paperwork, signed over our trade in title and had written the check, we were informed there was only one key. At that point I realized there was no point in arguing and they didn't offer a replacement. Just a shrug and a quick 'sorry'. I haven't priced them, but I am guessing it will cost at least $200 to get another key and have it programmed. A little thing that somewhat soured an otherwise acceptable business transaction.

Very quick and friendly service. Did a very thorough inspection of my car. Good value and waiting room. Free coffee in the waiting room.

Very friendly staff. Needed a car for when my newborn got here and they helped me find a great car that fit my budget. No gimmicks, just honest salesmen. The service department is great too! Always help when I need a quick fix! Very good dealership and I recommend them to everyone of my friends and family.
