I was NEVER uncomfortable with the sale in any way. Even though my purchase was a low end model, I felt was treated with the utmost importance. I will definitely be referring all to Laird Noller!

My wife and I were very happy with our purchase experience with Laird Noller. There wasn't any pressure or delays on our choice of vehicle or filling out the paperwork. Highly recommend Laird Noller!

My wife and I bought our second car from Laird Noller in Lawrence. The first vehicle was a 2016 Focus bought new in 2016 and the former GM handled that deal and it was great. Fast forward to April 2018 I was driving a 2016 Kia Forte 5 I hated and wanted to go back to a Fusion. I reached out to Mark Holser the Sales Manager and ended up working with Ed Marquez and between the sales team and the F&I team they put a deal together on a 2017 Fusion that was awesome. We will for sure purchase our next vehicle from these guys.

Everyone at Laird Noller was absolutely wonderful to work with! I felt like a treasured customer even before I began looking at vehicles. Mike helped me find the perfect SUV with all the features I was looking for, and the finance department made it easy to set up everything with my payments. Gary was so helpful as well as he helped walk me through the insurance process for my prior vehicle, which had been totaled. If you're looking for wonderful service, attentive employees, and a stress-free car buying experience, I'd highly recommend visiting Laird Noller!

Buyer beware, any personal information given to them will he mishandled. I went in over the weekend to purchase a vehicle. I did not need financing and made it very clear that I wasn’t interested in obtaining credit through them. We drove the car, liked it, and agreed to purchase it. I was given a form to fill out, which asked for my SSN. I double checked with the salesman that my credit wouldn’t be pulled, and just to be sure, I wrote in large letters “DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT, I do not need financing”. Where it asks for permission to pull credit, I wrote “NO”.
3 minutes later, I got an alert that Laird Noller had pulled my credit report. When I went to find the person we were dealing with, he stated (I have witnesses) “we have 15 plus lenders, I thought I could get you a good deal on financing”.
I was furious for many reasons, besides their total negligence and disregard for consumer protection laws. I explained that I was closing on a rental property this week and couldn’t have any extra inquiries. My closing was postponed, and I’m now stuck paying a $55 per diem until the bank decides that they’ll allow closing. Laird Noller was completely wrong in the situation, and refuses to correct the problem. I worked for a car dealership and I know how records are stored- in unlocked boxes for basically any employee, even shop workers and vendors to access. Now my personal information in my credit file is free and available for the world to see, which I expressly disallowed.
You should be able to trust people you do business with. I’m glad they showed their true colors before I gave them my money. They clearly can’t be trusted as far as you can throw them.
