Having worked at Jim Clark Auto World since 2015, I have watched the owner go way out of his way to help people. Many times he helps people at great personal expense, and he has never intentionally done ANYTHING unlawful or even dishonest in his dealings. I have worked in and around the car business for many years and have been embarrassed and had to leave some places for the dealer not doing what was right. Our customers on the other hand have been interesting. For the most part, I have met fantastic people who are an absolute joy to work with. Sometimes I have met people who would just never be happy. They were so negative, if you put them in a darkroom, they would develop. A few other people expect the dealership to pay for every little problem the mechanical piece of equipment has for as long as they own their car - and usually they refused to buy an extended warranty. Keith, the owner of Jim Clark Auto World has EVERY vehicle inspected at a mechanics shop, and if there are known issues, they are fixed or the vehicle is sent to auction. He NEVER sells a vehicle with known mechanical issues, and does his best to make things right every time. Sometimes people are unreasonable..... hang out at customer service in Wal-Mart sometime :-) I look forward to many years of working with great people who are looking for quality automobiles at a fair price!!!

Even though as much as i wanted to! i didnt get a chance to make a deal on a vehicle from here due to me coming in at a bad timing(flu season!). The owner, Keith, seemed to be an honest man and i respect him for that! These are the kind of people that are hard to come by. Thank you Keith for the kind words and pointers! Unfortunately, i was running short of time and i had to purchase a vehicle asap else where because i travel alot for work.

The car buying experience was quick and easy. I wasn't financing so it was a simple matter of settling on a price, I wrote a check, and was out within half an hour.
That being said I'm not thrilled with the vehicle I purchased. I still have 60 day tags on it and just got it into my mechanic for an oil change and to have him give it a good looking over.
It's out of alignment and the two front wheels need replaced soon. I don't knock a star off for this because it's my fault for not paying closer attention when I test drove it, and not paying better attention to the tires while looking at it in general.
All in all I got exactly what I was looking for, a smaller car than the Envoy I was driving, with less miles, and better gas mileage at a decent price. I got all of that... personally I'd rather be driving my Envoy still.

This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff was very attentive and went to great detail to be sure I found the vehicle I wanted at a price that was affordable to my pocket. I would recommend this store to anyone having a hard time out there finding what you want.......I have read the other reviews on this site and don't see how anyone could have a issue with their service or professionalism...... no pressure....no games.....have you been to ones of the big dealerships lately? Having issues? Tired of the games? GO HERE.........

Keith and Kent have been wonderful to work with, they helped me find the Mini I was searching for...the right color, mileage and price and found it fast! They literally can find you anything!
