Recently, my husband and I went through the buy-back process on our 2015 Ford Edge. The leadership at Flint Hills Ford was phenomenal, specifically Brett, the Sales Manager. He went above and beyond to expedite the process and inspired trust and confidence in us during a very trying process. We have also purchased a separate vehicle from them, a 2017 Ford F150, and were treated exceptionally well. If you are looking for a new car, I strongly recommend going to visit this dealer first!!

I came in and bought a 2018 Ford fiesta a couple days ago. To say this dealership is amazing is an understatement. The staff are incredible and do everything they can to get you exactly what you're looking for, and at a good price. Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending all of my family and friends here. Thank you Flint Hills Auto!

Dealership is full of flies, and dont bother asking for the cars invoice. They wont give it to you. Drive to Kansas City and do to Premier Mazda. You'll get a way better price, and more knowledgeable sales people.

To say that I was disappointed in the customer service I received in Service Department would be a gross understatement. I started out sitting for over 2.5 hours while I got an oil change and tire rotation. And I was scheduled for the 1st appointment of the day. Next I asked about replacing a tail light lens and lamps. I was told the price and the it would be a few days to order. I realized that they don't keep things like that in stock so was okay with the wait. However, that wait lasted over a week. I called back and was given the impression that they didn't know anything about it. Again I was told they would order the part and it would be in in two days. Again I waited a week before calling AGAIN. This time they made an appointment for me. The night before the appointment, coming home from work late at night I was pulled over and only given a warning for having a broken tail light. After sharing this with the representative I was basically given the brush off. They did not offer an apology or waive the labor fee ($50 on top of the parts $200). I have waited over a week to write this review hoping that I would calm down but I am still as upset about it as I was when it happened. I will not be taking my vehicle back to them for ANYTHING if I can humanly avoid it.

Came in with a Hyundai hit a curb at just the right angle to mess up the wheel cover and wheel of the car and since it was a friends I wanted to get it fixed right a quick. Right off the bat Don Kuhnhoff treated me like a quick buck and didn't listen to anything I said just tried to rack up as much of a bill as possible and told me it'd be done on Wednesday by 2. Then called at 4 saying parts weren't in even though he told me when I dropped it off that everything was good too go and that it wouldn't be done til 2 on Thursday then Thursday rolled and I called at 3 after hearing nothing and still wasn't done til almost 6. A 2 hour job of putting on a wheel and wheel cover took them 2 days to put on and then he charged me $200 over the estimate saying if I didn't wanna pay the extra he could take everything off and leave me with a messed up wheel. I will be in the market for a new car soon with a new job paying fairly well so I can afford a nice vehicle and I will not even consider flint hills auto for any vehicle after how horribly I was treated for a simple repair. I hope the extra $200+ you scammed me out of is worth the loss of a car sale I will never be back.
