We have been taking our Dodge Journey to Dick Edwards for the past nearly 3 years and have always received excellent service each time we've gone in! We've never had any issues with the work they have done and have been very pleased with every aspect of their service. Also, their complimentary shuttle service has been a huge lifesaver and just one of the many reasons we keep coming back.

Only give one star because I can't leave a negative 1000 stars. I understand that with any place you have over head and payroll, up keep and more. However this place will go out of their way to lie and take advantage of the customers. If you would like more details please feel free to email me. I have a list of customers who have left contact in order to reach and inform others of what this dealership is doing .

Lied to me. Called my wife right after Gabe showed panic as though he knew he was doing something wrong and told me "i told your wife to call when she was on her way so I could have the truck ready."
This is never something you do as a mechanic, or salesman for an auto mechanic.. you actually finish the work and pull truck off lift or out of bay and call customer because you don't work as fast as I manage to drive. I manage to drive when the work is done.
Also a terrible experience, a footprint not belonging to me or my wife, knowing because neither of us ever put our feet up there. The seat laid all the way back, which means someone actually sat there through about 30 seconds of laying it back because it's electric.. you don't accidentally lay a seat all the way back and accidentally contort your body to place your foot on the dash while replacing the internal air filter. The work we requested to be done, apparently we paid for an unbroken part!! The grinding is still there and the part said to have been replaced was in working condition. Unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not return nor will we ever send any business to this location.
When I call in to speak to him he continues to pretend he can't hear me because of a static noise in the vehicle from Bluetooth. Decided to test the static noise, wife drove away, called and could hear her over static, however I never got the desire to grow impatient over the simple static noise, and could hear her just fine.
To show how much we love our fords, and business with attempting to ensure the right thing is done to record work, here are our vehicles. I will take them anywhere but there from now on.

My husband and I where pretty sure we knew what we wanted in our next vehicle. Dick Edwards in Junction had the type of vehicle we wanted, but without the options we were looking for (needing for our family). We stopped in and looked at the vehicle they had, and test drove it to make sure we wanted to pursue looking at this model, with every intention on giving them our business. We were in no hurry to make a purchase and willing to wait for the right one to come in and become available. While looking through the vehicle, the interior was stained and appeared to not be well taken care of. Control panels were falling off and to make matters worse, when we did test drive it, the check engine light was flashing. We made sure the sales rep that was riding with us knew that this light had come on, and she didn't seem to concerned at all. After the drive, we asked if they had the ability to look around for this vehicle, with the options we were looking for (main one being 2nd row bucket seats). She informed us we could go talk to her used car manager and he'd be able to help us. He asked what he could do that day to get us in this vehicle. We told him we didn't want this one and what we really needed for it to work best with our family. His response was, well what if I got you in it at a good price and you could figure out the seats later?!?! Was he even listening to us?? His response was, those are very difficult if not impossible to find, and asked if he could at least get us in a mini van that day stating it was the last day of the month, and they needed to make a sale. At this point my husband and I were DONE. He obviously only had his best interest in mind, which was making whatever money he could that day, whether or not it was what his customer was seeking. After we left, we drove away slowly curious as to whether they checked out that check engine light, and NOPE they parked that sucker right up front where it had been. Right then and there we knew we would NOT be doing business with them. A week later we found EXACTLY what we were looking for and even more. We try to keep our business local, but sometimes it PAYS TO TRAVEL ELSEWHERE. Would not recommend this dealership at all. They have an agenda, and it's not you.

Great sales associates very helpful! Had a issue with my sync 3, they sent me to Brett and he was very helpful knew the system very well, got all my questions answered and learned a few new things!
