Little Apple Cars

A culture exists at Little Apple Toyota Honda that no one's time is more important than their own. I should have realized this when I bought my car and the process took 3 hours. Apparently the finance guy had to deal with his Harley motorcycle before he could deal with me, the customer. But today I tried to give them another chance. I made a service appointment for 1pm. 1:45 rolls around and I can see my car hasn't moved. I tell the desk clerk that I need to leave and I would like my keys. The clerk calls to the service department and then the clerk tells me my car is on the rack. Note to service department, don't LIE to a customer that their car is "on the rack" when the customer can clearly see their car in the parking lot. Finally, when my sales person asks me to come relay my experience to the general manager, the general manager's time is too important to take 30 seconds and come apologize. A simple "I'll look into it" would have been sufficient but no, HIS time was too important. It is a safe bet that I will not return for any of their services.

Good service and friendly staff. Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection yesterday with a call. I dropped off the car (from another dealership) at Little Apple Toyota this morning (9am) with a list of questions on a piece of paper. Picked up the car at 3pm; they provided a detailed list of what they checked and what problems they found and they also answered all the questions I listed. Front desk lady went us to the car to point to us what the problems are. I think they have good internal communication as well as good communication with customers. [I can't comment on the price as I did not compare with other shops but personally i think the money is well spent.]

Went to just test drive a vehicle and walked away as a new owner! Matt was an incredible man (salesman) who made the process smooth and comfortable. I was blown away with the respect that was shown by EVERYONE! We brought our 3 little children with us and everyone interacted with them and treated them very kind. I loved my experience and we will be going back for service and possibly for car # 2 some day in the future!

I just bought my first vehicle here. It was a very professional and easy process. Dale assisted me throughout the whole process and offered me a great deal. He made sure the vehicle was detailed and ready for me to drive off the lot. Very glad I came here to purchase my first vehicle.
