Manhattan, well Jordan tried his best and is good people. Same with Brandon. But Ted from Briggs in Topeka delivered a 2018 (versus the 2016), brought paperwork, and left me a smooth writing pen. He gets the 10 across the board. My vote for sales professional of the year and hopefully a pay raise. Good job guys. You righted a wrong (misunderstanding) and came through with what was promised. Thanks for not quitting on the deal.

We had a great experience buying a used vehicle here. The first guy who helped us was new, but really polite and helpful. Once we got serious Tim Cuddy took over and was great to deal with. It was a smooth and quick process, and we left that afternoon with a vehicle. All the staff were polite and knowledgeable, and shared some information on the area too. We knew the exact type of vehicle we were after, but it’s a big lot with plenty to choose from. Don’t hesitate to check them out.

Need more options to where a buyer can make a purchase through financing and offer better solutions to help the customer out rather than just blurt out something and end the conversation.

Did not end up buying the used Kia from them but enjoyed the experience. Keith was polite and helpful and funny, not pushy at all.
