My wife and I have purchased at Least 10 vehicles from Holm Automotive and there is no doubt that they just keep getting better, even when they are doing an exceptional job they continually improve. It does not matter which department you deal with, Sales, Parts, Service, or Body, they are always friendly, professional and take care of your needs seamlessly. This is a direct reflection of the Owner and Management, they have the best people and best trained staff around. I have been around many dealerships during my lifetime and i truly believe there is none that could possibly treat you any better.

I called Chris Eckert when I needed to replace a lost remote and within 24 hours I was informed it was available and it was programmed and ready to use within the 24 hr period. Greg, in service, worked me in fast and when the bill came it was higher than the quote I was given. Greg couldn't contact the person who gave me the quote so he adjusted the bill on the spot and had me on my way. It is great to deal with a company who empowers their employees to make on the spot decisions and also believe their customers. It's no wonder they are a 5 Star Dealership and it is so deserved!

I do not usually enjoy buying cars from dealerships, but this was a pleasant experience!! They were very accommodating and helped me secure a lower rate for my loan than what was offered by my lender. Very friendly and attention was paid to every detail of the sale and beyond. Not pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want! Best experience I have had with buying a car by far!

From the moment Don Ballard called to the last time I talked with Ross, I felt like I was someone that they valued. Don respected the fact that I did not want multiple follow-ups and only called when I left a message or when he had new information that he knew I needed. Ross treated me like we went to high school together. Holm Automotive is definitely a place where the people focus on my needs, not just on selling a car. I would recommend the dealer to my mother!

Outstanding service and info on the purchase of our new Colorado. Michelle, JR and others I can't remember. The service department deserves accolades for their service. I would bring my Sportrac there for service when the Ford dealer couldn't. Keep up the fantastic work and fabulous serine and get NUMBER 7! Thank You
