Super Car Guys

I had a very pleasant experience buying my Toyota Tacoma here this last weekend! Brandon was our salesman and he really did everything he could to help out. Great service by Brandon. We had to wait a little while on some things but they were SWAMPED. And I understand why, they offer good deals on quality cars. I would definitely return to buy a car here. Car buying itself is not a fun thing to go through, but they did their best to try and alleviate that as much as they could and were honest through the whole thing. Highly recommended.

In my honest opinion...I LOVE Super Car Guys. Brandon was very energetic and made me feel absolutely welcomed as soon as I walked through the door! Before I even walked in, I had the usual suspicions about car dealerships, thinking they were only going to trick me into getting a low quality, high maintenance car, and scam me out of my money. On the contrary, Super Car Guys proved me absolutely wrong! I felt safe, cared for, and understood that they were going to do everything in their power to find me a great car and assist me in the way that I needed. Jesse..Lol! Jesse was hilarious and very pleasing to be around while we test drove cars. I didn't at all feel pressured by him to get something I didn't want. We drove around had normal conversations as opposed to talking about the car itself, which I really enjoyed. Even the car insurance consultant was very nice and patient with me. Overall, my experience with Super Car guys was great, and I got a great, stylish car. It was past closing before we finished paperwork but not once did I hear complaining and through out the night they all remained friendly and gave me their honest opinion..DEFINITELY buy a car from Super Car Guys if you are looking for quality.

Brandon was amazing when I thought nobody could help me he was able to get me a car that I LOVE!!! Even when I'm in a sling offered to help me with anything I needed help with even driving me and my new car home. Amazing ppl. Thank you so much to everyone.

I was very impressed with the the empathy of salesperson as I had just totalled my car that morning. But what I was not happy with the attentiveness I spent 2 and a half hours waiting to get approved for a car even after the sales person told me it would be no problem getting approved for the car. The sales person came out with the number I had told him twice already what I had in an amount for a down payment then a third time he said it would raise my car payment up I said fine. He took it back with the numbers i had given him and I waited another thirty minutes to 45 then they brought out a paper with a down payment that was 500 dollars lower than the original but it wasnt what I told them I had. They sat there for ten minutes asking me how long it would take to get the money the point of buying a car from a lot like that is that you need it immediately not three weeks down the road.

I had just moved to Wichita when my car ended up on its last leg unexpectedly. I tried one of the bigger car lots and ended up walking out because of how pushy and unprofessional they were. I knew I would be buying my car from Alex from the first 5 mins I was there. I honestly felt like family. Those guys are the kind of guys you walk away thinking you could definitely be friends with. They weren’t overly pushy, were friendly and relatable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone from the floor salesman, the supervisor salesman, the finance guy, to the store manger made sure I was getting what I needed and taken care of. They went above and beyond what anyone including myself expected of them. Not only did they sell me a great and affordable car, they guided me in another financial situation that was stressing me out and holding me back. I can be emotional at times but by the end of my experience, I hugged Alex and had tears of joy because they saved me so much money. Raving this much over buying seems as cheesy as their commercials, but they really did more than anyone else ever would have. They are honest, caring, and damn good at their jobs.
