After a terrible customer service experience across town, I decided to give Donovan a chance. Travis Baldwin was so helpful from the first phone call to the final handshake. He ensured he knew what I was looking for: my wants, and my needs, and he treated with me with respect from the beginning. Travis was very thoughtful showing me each and every detail of the vehicle, the warranty info., and future service info. Bruce Silsby and Tyler Conrad were also so helpful making the sales process painless, easy, and really curing my nerves. Overall, they operate like a Ma & Pa shop and treat you with great respect! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jim Pearce helped us and was really nice, no pressure. As we were leaving we just happened to see a 2017 Grand Cherokee that had just come in - it hadn't even been cleaned up yet. We were really interested, but there were some areas on the hood that needed some attention and the driver's side window had some bad scratches, so we were hesitant. A couple of days later Jim called and said that those issues had been taken care of. They had even replaced the window without our even asking them to. After a lot of looking around, we decided to buy this one. Jim was really great to work with and went out of his way to see that we were satisfied. Then we went in to the finance office, expecting it to take quite a while, per usual. Audrey had us done and out of there in record time! It was amazing and she was really friendly. We left there amazed at the experience - like no other car buying experience we've ever had! We don't plan to go anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend Donovan.

I live in Minnesota and found this vehicle that I wanted to buy at Donovan GMC. The salesman, Clifton, provided all the photos and documentation I requested immediately. I was apprehensive about buying a vehicle without putting my hands on it. I am a real detail oriented car buyer. With Clifton's assurances, I flew down to Wichita with the intent of buying this vehicle. Upon my initial and subsequent inspection I was nothing but amazed at how this vehicle exceeded my high expectations. I purchased it on the spot. My thanks to Tyler Conrad as well for an easy title transfer process. It was literally a perfect car-buying experience ! Thanks again Clifton.

I have only experience top-notch service personnel from 2 GMC automobile dealerships. My husband and I rate Donovan’s as the best from purchasing and servicing our GM autos. Leon and the gentlemen in the Service Department are the backbone of this fine dealership. If you’re looking to have your auto serviced or if your looking to buy; you will experience the best bar none.

Mark Vay was a very helpful salesman. Not pushy at all. Paperwork was all smooth and efficient. Cleaned it all up and gave a full tank of gas. Was a very pleasant experience.
