On 6/14 I sent them an email inquiring about a truck they had posted on their website but had no price given. On 6/23 they asked me by email if this was a good way to get in contact with me and I replied yes. By 6/26 they had assigned me a person to handle my inquiry and asked me again if email was the best way to reach me. By 6/26 I called the dealership to do it myself. I got a hold of someone and they told me the truck just came in and that they were inspecting it and detailing it. They would call back as soon as possible with a price. Later that evening, the same rep called and asked me if I was interested in that truck still. I said yes and he said well it's sold. The reason I conduct business through email is to leave a paper trail. Maybe it bit me I. The behind and maybe they lied because the truck is still listed on their website. I'll leave you to be the judge.
