I had communicated with Wade Richard, car salesman, prior to even stepping foot on the lot. We covered a lot of details via email, saving a lot of time for when I actually made it to the dealership. He was very friendly and professional, and not pushy. We ended up buying a car from this dealership and are pleased with our purchase. They do go above and beyond even after the sale is made. Don’t hesitate going here if your looking for a new or used vehicle. They have many great vehicles to choose from.

We really panicked when our second car died last week. Fortunately for us LaRae saved the day and patiently worked all week with us to find us the best deal she could. Staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Wade was especially helpful in finding all rebates and discounts possible. Financing was easy. I'm glad there was a local dealer and I highly recommend Beloit Auto and Truck Plaza.

No hassles, everything was ready for us when we got to the dealership. We had no unexpected surprises, what we were told before arriving is what was on the paperwork. Staff was excellent, friendly and knowable. We really enjoyed buying and will return next time we are looking for a vehicle
