Poor employee performance. The girl couldn't understand the order (three large sundaes - 1 fudge, 2 caramel), then she had a hard counting the money (gave her two dollars in quarters and eight dollar bills). To top it, we were given three mediums for the price of three larges. No wonder people go to McDonald's instead.
The facility is under remodeling, and the condition is understandable, but it doesn't account for the uncleanliness of the overall operation. Tables and floors dirty.

Employees are very rude, I thought maybe they’re having a bad day but no. It’s every time. On top of that one employee on front counter was on her phone. And the lady who messed my order up just completely walked away when I tried correcting it. Next time it won’t be a review telling them how bad the service is. It will be me in person. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE. FAKE A SMILE. ITS YOUR JOB. THANKS.

Will never return to this particular DQ. Was told today that the orange Julius are not and have never been included in happy hour. Have been getting them for years during happy hour for half price even at this location. Refused to let me speak with manager and refused to give number to reach district manager. Nastiest personality for someone to have working with the public. There are plenty other DQs out there to visit. Will never return to this one.

They have remodeled DQ and I think it looks great but they are higher on food than the one in Glasgow, KY.

It’s what you’d expect, in a convenient location. Out of the other local fast food places, this is the only one who has never messed up my order
