Gerry Martin helped us by our first home a few years ago and now she has helped us find our forever home. She just recently sold our first home. Gerry is an absolutely amazing relator & even more incredible person!! I'm so impressed with her. She's so smart and really knows the ins and outs about homes. She's very knowledgeable. She cares about what you are looking for and she's not that type of person to push you into 'just buying' and she's not just there to make a 'quick sale'. It's already a stressful process when you're trying to sell and buy a home... but with Gerry as our relator, she makes the process earlier & makes you feel at ease. I truly & highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent relator that cares about your needs and will go the extra miles for you!!!!! She is TOP notch & we love her!!

Marc had to go to a baby shower (?) in Sacramento so he had his coworker Paul show us the rental. Paul let me know that he had an existing 3:00 appointment on a Sat and suggested 3:30. We showed up at 3:25 and the previous appointment was still there so we drove around the block and on the way back a minute later passed both the prior apt and Paul who was leaving. We immediately called Paul but no answer. We left several messages but he never called back. When he finally answered he tried to say that he thought our appointment was for Sun. He finally admitted that the people he had showed the rental to had wanted to take it. You will never convince me that he didn't just decided not to wait around for us. Either way it's piss poor rental management all the way around. If they can't manage to keep an appointment to show the rental imagine how bad it will if you rent from them and really need something taken care of.

We listed our home with Lori of Dickson Realty in February 2017. She has been difficult to get a hold of and lied about an open house she didn't have. We had our house listed for $16,000 less than the 'zestiment' on Zillow at the recommendation of Lori, yet the house was only shown 16 times over 3 months...though she did try claiming more. She didn't know my neighbors have a webcam pointed at our house...oh, caught in another lie wasn't she!
