Realty Corner Inc | RCI Property Management

Connected to PMI. We knew the previous owner and this company has done nothing but go to $hit since he left! We just recently moved and got our deposit back and found out it was less than half of what we should have gotten! They WAY overcharged us for "repairs" and cleaning. We ALWAYS take damn good care of any place we live in. We had the place cleaned by our normal lady and she makes things SPOTLESS! I am appalled with this frickin company!!! Kristine Biglieri gets more than 5 stars, however. She's awesome!

The staff here is the most unprofessional and unhelpful I have ever dealt with. They refused to answer any of my calls over a period of two days. One time they did answer and put me on an immediate hold without even saying hello first. I then dialed *67 first and they answered my call right away. They were extremely rude and clearly need training in Fair Housing. This is coming from some one who works in property management; I would never let an office operate with such horrid customer service.

They have helped out so much of the Latino Community, I could not have been so happy with their service!

Went through this company for my first home purchase. BAD experience. Went through this company to sell my home.....BAD decision. I felt I was not being represented. I do not recommend them to ANYONE.

They are now dba as PMI Nevada and handling a couple of student housing units near UNR. I recommend that one ABSOLUTELY read previous reviews before interacting.
