They sold my home for the price I'd hoped for in less than 2 months over the holiday (slow!) season. I super appreciated how quickly and consistently Anna always informed me and got back to me on everything, and how clear they made the process so far as knowing what to expect and when. Lastly, they make it so that you can receive and send all documents online- because I moved out of state before my house sold, this convenience was of the utmost importance. I would highly recommend them!

From the very beginning to the close of escrow, this team is amazing. They were available every time I wanted to view the house and kept me informed in every aspect of the whole process. This is the second time I have worked with Alan. He previously helped me sell my home (in three days), and his company helped me and my boyfriend purchase a newly developed home. He was so helpful even when he was on vacation in Hawaii. His entire company is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and really work as a team. Katie was amazing and showed us homes in the middle of a flood and drove all over creation with us! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend HomeGate Realty!

Great service, very professional. Market analysis was right on and our home sold immediately. Magda and Anna work very closely with buyer and seller to ensure every little detail is covered so closing goes smoothly, and it did!
