Megan did an outstanding job finding us a Home. We had been looking for a while before meeting Megan, because the right deal and the perfect home just hadn't been presented to us. It only took Megan a couple meets with us to know what we wanted and needed and literally pick a house for us. She went far and beyond to find us the right deal. She's super efficient, helpful, always willing to listen, help and ease our concerns. Her genuine personality made us feel comfortable and trust her completely, she had our best interest at all times. She is simply the best. We highly recommend Megan.

My husband and I decided that we wanted to purchase a house in November 2017. After working with 2 previous realtor companies and not hearing back from both of them 3 weeks in to the looking process, we decided to call Marshall after seeing their ads all over town. We were put in touch with Tyler and LORD are we happy we found him! Being pregnant with our first baby, we wanted to find a house fast that met all of our needs. Tyler sent us property after property. We met with him and looked at a bunch. Tyler always kept in constant contact with us and also went to every mortgage meeting with us so we were all in agreement of what exactly we were looking at with our purchasing power. After finding "The House" we put an offer and within a very short amount of time, our offer was accepted and we were homeowners! Tyler was definitely the BEST thing that could have happened to us in our home buying adventure. He made the transaction so smooth! We recommend him to all of our friends and family who are looking to buy!

Amazing experience with Heather McVeigh at Marshall Realty! I worked with Heather McVeigh for a year to find a home, and we were incredibly happy with our collaboration. Heather is incredibly reliable, great at listening, and helped us find a unique home that was perfect for us. She was also well connected in the community, and was able to provide recommendations for other skilled professionals in the home buying process.

I don’t know where to start with our outstanding experience with the folks from Marshall Realty. From the first contact we were treated with respect and understanding even when my frustrations over some setbacks got the best of me, they were professional the entire way. We had a number of setbacks, sellers of the first house backing out 3 weeks into escrow, having to rush to find a new home, speed up the loan on the newest home, extend the rent back time, find contractors, the list goes on and on. Marshall’s Team was there every step of the way, one of them even helped us out while she was on vacation in Mexico, that is dedication. We want to say thank you to Tyler Richardson and Katrina for getting us into our new home, Tyler Horn for keeping us on track and informed, Megan for taking ever call and off the wall question, Logan for taking both barrels when I lost my cool and being gracious enough to allow me to apologize with no hard feelings. And of course, thank you to Marshall for putting together a team that is amazing at what they do. We will only be in this home a few years but when we buy and sell again we will use Marshall Realty.

I had to stop by this companys page and say how absolutely wonderful they are! Last year my daughter was gifted a scholarship from this company and it was a bit hectic to get it processed to her account, to say the least! But the heads of their giveback team Marshall, Katrina and Corrina were diligent and worked with me to make sure that everything went through and my daughter got her scholarship for college. If and when I ever sell and buy a new home I will use Marshall Realty and I will always recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you guys for everything you did for my family and all you do for the community!
