By far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a home. Madeline is straight forward and very knowledgeable in the world of real estate. She made every step of the process easy to understand and as seamless as possible. Even when some parts of the purchasing process go sideways (which I think they always do) she made sure things went our way based on our best interests. Sierra Nevada Real Estate has been my rental property manager since 2006. They have provided excellent service. I can always count on them to "get the job done." Their qualification process for new tenants is very effective. On-going management of maintenance and repairs of the property runs smoothly - because of their expertise and the reliable vendors they provide. Recently, I asked for their advice on a possible sale of the property. Their analysis of market value was "right on." I first Met Madeline with Sierra Nevada Real Estate after the housing bubble burst and was severely under water with my home. When we met, she was so wonderful and understanding of the situation. Being on a year- long deployment for the military and coming home to find out I 'm losing my house was a terrible and devastating feeling. Madeline and her staff worked tirelessly in order for us to short sell our house and help us find a new place to live. Eventually my family had to move without me, because I had to deploy again for another overseas deployment. Madeline contacted my wife every so often just to talk and keep in touch. Fast forward another two years I'm on deployment again and still Madeline keeps in touch and is understanding of the market and what s going on. We when straight to her again when it was time to get a new home. I mean home in a place to raise kids and stay for the years to come. Well we went and talked to her and just drove around. We mentioned a couple places to her and without any prompting Madeline went above and beyond by researching and the homes and found the records of inspections and current issues. She knew everything about the place before we even made it to the front door to look at houses. There is nothing I can say more than she was so professional and personable to the point to where she knows the people and understands the things and ways her clients want. She has so much insight and has all her homework and research done. So the only thing someone needs to do is sign and live your life in a new house. I will always recommend Sierra Nevada Real estate for any of my friends and family that are looking for some sort of real estate. Madeline and her staff is the most professional company I’ve ever had to deal with over all my real-estate needs and far exceeded any and all expectations. Because start to finish Sierra Nevada Real Estate signed, sealed, and delivered my family and I into our new house in 35 days, it was a whirlwind and amazing experience.

We have had Sierra Nevada Real Estate manage our property for a few years. Madeline Zook and her staff have been wonderful to work with. They're responsive to tenants concerns and took care of repairs that needed to be made quickly. Communication is been very important to us, and they are always available. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and competent management company.

My little brother is in the process of buying his first home and is using another realtor. Anytime he speaks to me about his realtor I cant help myself to think, "Can't be better than the realtor I had." Madeline is the realtor I used and let me tell you, every other realtor is inferior compared to her. Never did I feel she was there only for my money or for herself. She was there for me one hundred and ten percent. Coming home from Afghanistan to a divorce with children and a lot on my plate, I didn't think I could ever escape the black hole of a first house I was stuck with. Madeline made my transition into my new life a breeze and I couldn't be happier. Anytime a buddy or a personal acquaintance talks about selling, renting, or even turning their house upside down and making it float on water I tell them about Madeline. Not once did I feel like she was there for herself or for the money. She was always there for me and would not let me move in to a new home without it being perfect in every single way possible. I don't write reviews. I'm not a man who wastes his time. If you want the best that's out there, regardless of where you live or how sticky your situation is, then Madeline is the agent for you.
