I have bought and sold a couple of houses using Krch realty. They were always available when I had questions or wanted to see houses. They have helped me to get great value out of my house and also getting a good deal on the purchase of my house. I would recommend Krch realty and Patty Steelman and her assistant Rae to anybody wanting to find their dream home or sell and get the best value for your home.

I wish I could give zero stars! My family and I are currently going through the worse experience I have ever encountered. We used Barb Tuttle as our agent. She did a great job helping us sell our home, we were very pleased. We found a home that we absolutely fell in love with and put an offer on it. The home has a contingency of the sellers finding a new home. When Barb gave them our offer and was negotiating with them, she told them that we were willing to be flexible with them and also agreed to a contract with an no end date rent back. She did not discuss this with us until it came time to close and sign the rent back agreement. I asked why there was no end date and she told me that the sellers would not have accepted our offer if she didn't do that. She did this behind our back! She also knew that we were purchasing with a VA loan and that the VA has strict guidelines regarding rent back. I had to find this out from another realtor AFTER we closed on the house. I was then told that if the sellers are in my house longer than 60 days and the VA does an audit on me, I will lose my VA loan privileges and will have to pay the loan back in full within 30 days! Barb never once told me about the VA guidelines. We went into contract on 5 July and closed on 31 August. Today is 10 October and the sellers still have not found a home and are still in our house with no moving date in site! The rental agreement states that they can live there month to month until THEY give me 30 days notice! I can not even ask them to move out. I don't know when I will get to move into my house and after 30 October I face losing everything from the VA. When trying to communicate with Barb I receive nothing back from her. The whole reason of hiring a realtor is for them to help you with the home buying education that we don't know. She knew all of the ins and outs to buying with a VA loan and neglected to educate me on them. In the end, she got her paycheck and that's all she cared about. So very sad that she has treated a veteran this way. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from her and this company!

If I could give these guys lower than a 1 star I would. Esdpecially, Daniel L Shattuck, a supposed realtor in the employ of this group. This guy was uneducated about the market, unavailable to research and resource good rental properties to buy in the Reno area. My wife and I are remote buyers from the Bay Area and contacted an agency that supposedly referred good agents. They referred this guy...We scheduled a trip to go to Reno to look at properties and this guy presented us a 3 property list...after a month and a half!! When we questioned the lack of properties he bowed out...Makes us really appreciate our local realtor who helped us purchase our Bay Area property Chris Hotaki of the Basil Yaqub group
