AMAZING SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HANDS DOWN!
My new Dacor Induction cooktop stopped functioning shortly after installation. A call to the manufacturer put me in touch with Donnelly's after the first company they referred was found to have gone out of business! Kasey (I think that was her name) was super friendly on the phone, got me scheduled for a visit. Even called me when the tech was on his way!. Little did I know this was the first of THREE visits by Donnelly to repair this problem. Steve, a senior technician arrived and was prompt, professional and knowledgable. He went right to work diagnosing the issue to bad circuit boards and control modules. REAL COMPLEX STUFF! This guy took the entire cooktop apart in my kitchen, and he was very careful to lay out blankets and towels over my granite counters to ensure nothing happened. Dacor kept sending bad parts from California, but each time Donnelly's was patient and worked really hard to get my cooktop running. They couldn't make the parts magically appear from California, but despite numerous gaffes on the part of Dacor. I am up and running thanks to Donnelly's. They came back three times over the course of the last month and the Dacor Service Dept only paid them for one visit. That's dedication folks! My cooktop runs awesome and I can feed my family again!

Have been using Donnelly for years, literally years. They are professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. They have serviced both regular appliances and higher end appliances for us over the years....most recently my Viking dishwasher. Highly recommend them!

Terrible service. Took them over two weeks to fix my washing machine. When the service man came the first time he spent all of three minutes "diagnosing" the problem. He ordered a part, which was broken. When he finally had the correct part and came to fix the machine, he realized that he had not found what was really wrong with it. The customer service is rude. Stay away from them. Terrible.

If it is true about what they say about first impressions, I am not impressed at all with the lack of care for a potential customer. The purpose for calling Donnelly Appliance Services was for help, if I could answer all of your questions to fix my stove, why would I have called you for service. In short, rude and quick to push you off of the phone. I feel sorry for the elderly who may need assistance and call this company. .

Not happy...Have a dishwasher that was 1 year and two month old and it went down . I call Donnelly because in the past I used them my family has used thme for years. Well they came out looked at the machine and said it need a part and would take one week. Two weeks later I call and they said it was on back order and should be in a couple of days. One week later I call agian the parts not in but the warehouse has it and will be in about a week. A week and a half later its in and they will come in two day to fix it. They come put the part in and said that was not it it needs another part. Two weeks later they come put it in hopefuly this should do it.Over two monthy and a bill $400.00??? What the #@$%. Why didn't you tell me it was going to be this much???? For that amount I would have bought a new one. Reely..what is going on with that company??? Not happy and will never use them agian. What they fix better work for a long time!
