Gary's East Coast is the best! We have been doing business with Gary since 1982 . The company is one phone call away. Always fair on pricing and always lays out all the options when it comes to repair or replace. On top of the typical service you would expect, they also custom fabricate anything we have ever needed. From metal door plates on custom doors to practically rebuilding the flooring and outside of our walk-in refrigerator. I have also, dealt with staff over the phone and they are always more than accommodating with any questions that I have.

I have been dealing with Gary's for about 15 years and they have never let me down. They are very reliable and always show up promptly when called for service. Service techs are friendly and knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch. No reason to call anybody else!

Been using gary for years now @planet pizza Norwalk always picks up and gives u a day and time and shows up on time and his guys are always decked out in Gary’s gear witch looks professional especially when they are fixing things during business hours Jay is one of his head techs and been with Gary’s for years you can tell the owner has his stuff together when the employees speak highly of the owner and love what they do on a daily basis I give these guys 5 starts would give 6 if I could ! Top notch guys that provide a top notch service with out breaking the bank !

These guys worked out great. They came over to The Cannoli Pie Company twice. The first time to pinpoint the problem with one of our mixers and the second time to fix it. In between they were able to track down the exact part we needed from an older machine made in Italy. Ask for Frank and Zach, these guys know how to get it done.

10 plus years of doing business and these guys ripped me off. They billed us for over $ 2,000 dollars for a fryer that we could have bought brand new for less. Then he told me, “well you should have”. 10 + years of working with him.... Summed up and thrown away in one sentence
