This is the kind of business you don't want to get caught up with. Asked for a washer to be looked at and paid the service fee to be told that there was nothing wrong with it. When the washer continued to not work, called again. This time was told that "parts" needed to be purchased. Then was told that the problem couldn't be deciphered, and the repair could be $200 or $500 for something they claimed was in no need of repair a few days prior. Wish we had gone somewhere else and not gotten cheated out of the service price for nothing and a still broken washer. If you don't want to waste money on lies and incompetence, I'd suggest a different business.

What could have been a large issue, turned out to be simple solved with Bob, who had a good knowledge of the issues, and luckily had the part we needed on his truck fixed our refrigerator as quickly as possible. Lucky all around with this solution- He was expedient, kind and courteous and worked hard to help us resolve our issue as fast as possible.

So glad that this appliance repair is in our area. Such nice people to work with, knowledgeable and courteous. Even when the appliance is beyond repair they suggest a replacement that will be trouble-free. They have never steered me wrong. Before you replace your appliance give them a call, you won't be disappointed. I am so glad to have such a company to recommend without reservation.

Totally incompetent with deceptive business practices. I had issue with water dispenser in my Samsung fridge. I was so happy that I found local company. What I mistake it was, I should have call Samsung right away. The guy showed up and told me what I already told them on the phone. He says I need replace whole dispenser block, and btw it is ~$116 for the visit. what???? they did not warn about the charge. I know that appliance companies charge to show up, but this is double then everyone else and they DID NOT WARN ABOUT THIS. Now they have me over the barrel he bring another news, I don't remember exactly time rate something like $20 for 10 or 20 min of labor to install the part. Any way they called me in couple weeks and told that part cost $300. So it would be over $500 to fix this thing. I called Samsung. they told they might reimburse part if shop will prove that it is not repairable. They refused to do it. NOW I KNOW WHY. NOTHING WAS BROCKEN!!! All this guy needed to do is reset control panel. I put fridge in demo mode and then out of it. everything started work. Of cause not much money in this kind of repairs. So I don't know if these guys took me for spin or just were incompetent... you decide.
