Had an issue with our oven not working so I called first thing in the morning and was told that they would be out to look at it the same day. They communicated the entire time up to arrival. The quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part and were able to fix it on the spot. The professionalism and workmanship are top notch and will continue to use them if there are any issues we have. Todd really helped me out. We were installing a new dishwasher and he did a fantastic job. He was extremely helpful on the phone and was available to come in a very timely manner, He was very honest about what needed to be done and was remained very approachable if I had any questions. I would highly recommend them if you need a job done .

WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I TEXTED TODD AND HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT CHARGING ME MONEY JUST TO LOOK AT KY WASHER THAT WASNT SPINNING HE DIDNT EVEN REMEMBER THE DAY HE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME BUT ANYWAYS HE COMES AND DONT EVEN LET MY WASHER CYCLE ON AND TELLS ME I NEED A WHOLE NEW WASHER AND CHARGES ME $60 THEN TAKES OFF HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS THERE WERE NO MAJOR ISSUES WITH MY WASHER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY WONT TELL YOU THERE IS A CHARGE TO COME LOOK WHICH HE DIDNT EVEN DO IM TELLING YOU DONT GO HERE WOW I SEE HERE IN THE OTHER REVIEWS HE WAS TELLING PEOPLE TO THROW AWAY THERE WASHING MACHINE FOR HIM TO TAKE IT AND DO A EASY FIX ON IT THEN SELL YOU ONE OF HIS HES A SCAM I CAUGHT THIS GUY PEOPLE ARE SO WILLING TO GIVE THIS SCAM GOKD REVIEWS

He is HONEST. 1st time he fixed our dryer and said to pull the plug and get a new washer, it wouldn't be worth it, he could have fixed it and charged us a arm and leg, but he was honest. Today he helped helped with our oven. Yup the day before Thanksgiving, started pulling things apart but then he thought ahead and checked for parts before pulling everything apart since our oven is older than dirt, no parts, yup no parts, put things back together and helped us figure out which brand to buy, showed us the model information and measurement. This way we wouldn't screw it up. Love this guy!!!! Anything broken... I'm calling him first.
