Sears Appliance Repair

The worst service I have ever received in any industry. Expensive Whirlpool washing machine under Sears extended warranty had a drum bearing failure in early November. It’s now mid-April and the machine remains inoperable. Multiple week delays for on-site service, wrong parts ordered or damaged parts received, multiple call hang-ups with no call-back, rude and non-responsive agents. Corporate escalation was a joke. Just deplorable service to a FORMER life-time Sears customer.

The service people that came were very nice and pleasant. They pinpointed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it. They even offered suggestions to prevent the little creatures that chewed through the tubing from doing it again. Would be 5 stars for service but the price was a little high. Diagnosis fee was $99. But still satisfied.

The technician was knowledgable and was able to make the necessary adjustments to our Kenmore Dishwasher quickly. He went out of his way to locate the necessary parts on another truck nearby and went to fetch them in order to complete the repair in a timely fashion.

What a crappy service for protection agreement. Don't waste your money on protection agreements from sears.The technician came and said he would order the part for repair for my kenmore elite refrigerator. I had an appointment scheduled but no one showed up when asked they said they don't have the part anymore.They escalted to research dept to find the part and never called back which they promised to call after 3-5 business days. When i called back they said they are sending it to research dept again as the previous person did not document.The problem is not fixed so far. WASTE OF MONEY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
