Friendly tech, fixed our treadmill in about 40 minutes. Fully explained what he did and even functions of the treadmill I did not know. Very knowledgeable and not terribly priced!

Very disappointed. My washer is leaving white spots on my clothes. This washer uses so little water that the clothes aren't rinsing. Tech said there is nothing he could do. They can't change factory settings. His solution was to wash my delicate clothes in heavy duty because you can select double fill and extra rinse. Are you kidding me?  I am a die hard Sears appliance supporter. Not any more if they don't stand by faulty products.  The tech said he gets these calls all the time  it's a known problem with the machine.
