Great. Clean, quiet, well-organized, close to ecerything you need and reasonably inexpensive.

You should look at the other reviews with a grain of salt. I have no idea how other people on here think this is a decent place to stay. I originally picked this hostel because of the cheap price but I now know that was the wrong decision. Pay more for a regular hotel if you are staying in the DC area.
When I first entered the hostel, it looked sketchy to begin with and there were eviction notices regarding a fire hazard. When you walk in, the building looks cramped and small. The reason why I give Duo Nomad a one star is because there were bed bugs. When I woke up, I had over 20 bed bug bites all over my legs and arms. It was a really terrible experience and I do not recommend anybody to come here. I can still feel the bed bugs.

The best thing about staying at Duo Nomad was having the warm welcome and kind assistance of the RA, Ms. Hitomi. Such a joy to be around. Breakfast was always delicious. And she knew everything about getting around D.C, and the coolest places to hangout. Shared spaces are always clean and tidy.

The eviction notice on the front door was a strong hint that we shouldn't have booked this hostel. We passed by a gentleman telling us that the hostel was not a great place to stay at and we should try looking at a hotel. We made the mistake to not take his advice and paid a price. I saw that other customers have posted bad reviews and I absolutely agree with them. I felt that I was always being watched by the staff and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. When I walked into the bathroom there was floss in the sink, which is something that made me gag. I'm sure I'm not the only one holding these opinions and I wouldn't even recommend this hostel to a homeless man.
