HI Harpers Ferry Hostel and Campground

First time at a HI Hostel and I'm sold! I will be back. Friendly staff, clean facilities, huge breakfast, hot showers, cool travelers, and comfy porches everywhere you turn. $10 camp sites with outdoor facilities, $15 gets you a tent site,indoor shower, kitchen AND breakfast! Dorm style rooms and even singles are available. There is a train, so ear plugs (free at desk) might be a good idea.

The hostel was well equipped and designed for a large amount of people to stay and socialize. Plenty of kitchen space and living space along with a great yard for tenting or a campfire.

Very tidy and chill. Met some AT hikers. Great people with interesting stories :)

The atmosphere here is truly amazing. Comfy bunks, a lounge area, a kitchen perfect for cooking (stoves, ovens, microwaves etc.) and amazing staff!

Question? Can a backpacker have a food package delivered to the hostel is they are staying a night? And if not is there transportation to the post office 7 miles away? Thanks I called and got answers! I chatted with Pete and he informed me that not only can you have a package delivered there, but you can have one delivered there even if you are not staying there. This is awesome. They ask that you put "Attention" your name and the date you think you will be hiking though. I also would call this place a few days in advance just to make sure they have space available.
