Stanimal's 328 Hostel

Great hostel. Quick pickup from the trail. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Beds are reasonably spaced and comfortable. Wifi works great. Overall, much nicer than the location in Glasgow.

Stanimal’s 328 is a top of the line hostel for AT hikers. Spacious, well furnished, and clean, with kitchen access and laundry. Owner Adam Stanley (Stanimal) is incredibly kind and generous. He works extremely hard to provide for the needs of his guests, including free shuttles to and from the trail included with stay. I greatly enjoyed my stay at Stanimal’s and recommend it to anyone passing through Waynesboro. Just call ahead to make sure there’s space available!

Called him days before my last minute section. He was prompt, polite and accomodated all my requests and even adjusted when I showed up early. I called him from the trail for a ride and he was right there on time. I did not stay at the hostel but got a shower for 5 bucks. Clean house, clean shower and all the toiletries needed. I will be calling for a shuttle and probably staying there on my next hike. Thanks for the support!

Great hostel and shuttle service for AT hikers. Clean, food and resupply within walking distance. Adam and Dana are wonderful!! The hostel has everything a hiker needs. Thank you Adam and Dana for a great stay here. You two are fantastic.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in for my dollar. Adam Stanley and his wife were some of the most gracious people that I've ever met.
