What a great experience! I’d been going into Philly for all my jewelry needs, thinking (mistakingly), that I’d get better pricing than the local jewelers. I was wrong on several fronts- Family Jewelers has equally good pricing, but their service is simply exceptional. Craig specifically was awesome- he took the time to listen to my needs, offer a solution, and actually complete the job well ahead of schedule because he understood the importance of an upcoming event for my wife. He stayed in contact continually during the process and offered up additional suggestions along the way to make this a truly special experience. And unlike other jewelry stores where once someone is assisting you there’s no one else to pitch in and help, everyone at Family jewelers jumps in to clean your other rings, help with wrapping, showing other options, etc. I now have a dedicated jeweler that I will take all my jewelry needs to- the service at Family went well beyond my expectations. Craig- you have a customer for life; my only regret is not coming in sooner. Thank you Craig and everyone at Family. This is truly a top of the line business.

We've been going to Family Jewellers for years. The service is always excellent and the staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Everything we've purchased has been high quality and reasonably priced. I recently had a watch band repaired and they fixed it quickly while I waited. Truly "family service." I recommend Family Jewellers to anyone looking for that personal touch you just won't get from the chain stores. They're on their third generation, so you can expect them to be around for a long time in our community.

Over the past several years I have become a loyal customer of Family Jewelers. Why? Aside from their endless inventory of a truly magnificent selection of beautiful pieces for any occasion you can imagine, they are extremely patient and were willing to educate me in my tireless efforts to pick out the perfect piece of jewelry. In addition, I can honestly say I feel that over the course of time since my first visit to Family Jewelers, my favorite salesmen, David and Ian and I have become friends. They have proven time and again that they are extremely trustworthy and honest to a level that has proven time and again to take what might be a very stressful experience, and create an experience that has made doing business with them a very relaxed and pleasant experience. They always go above and beyond what is expected, which makes the process of making what I consider sizeable purchases a relaxed and enjoyable purchase. Can’t thank you guys enough for all you do! So go and meet the boys at Family Jewelers, and find out for yourself what sets them apart from all the others. You will not regret it!!!

I went into Family Jewelers to have a ring guard placed on a ring that was given to me by my gravely ill mother. It was too big and I was afraid of losing it. When I went to Family Jewelers and explained my situation, they took the time to install the ring guard, were so kind and caring and didn't charge me for the ring guard. They wished the best to my mother during this difficult time. This act of kindness overwhelmed me. Family Jewelers aren't just a business but a part of the community who cares for its residents. I HIGHLY recommend them. They have beautiful contemporary jewelry that reflects the latest trends. Thank you so much.

I took a piece of jewelry to get fixed today and this was my first time in there. The people that worked there were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They fixed my jewelry right then and there. The store was much bigger than I thought and I can’t wait to go back in and purchase my next piece of jewelry. I will be going back to buy a new watch soon. Thank you Dave for making me feel like family! Awesome experience!!!
