The owners at Jay Roberts Jewelers have been so generous to Lauren and I. They helped us get the most amazing engagement ring and wedding band, and we are so proud to share with everyone the beautiful pieces from their store. We are also grateful for the Cartier watches we purchased from Jay Roberts Jewelers. Their store is simply the best. The entire staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgable. Sandy and Sunny spent hours with us walking us through every step of the way. They made our day so fun and memorable. The owners went out of their way to show us each piece, and they were intimately familiar with everything we looked at and considered to purchase. They invested so much time ensuring we were familiar with the intricate details in purchasing special jewelry, and we felt so comfortable through the entire process. Bought my wedding band here. I am an extremely indecisive and inquisitive person, so it’s no surprise that I asked a million questions and we spent nearly 2.5 hours, looking at every single ring! Donna helped us and patiently answered every question. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained all of the nuances between each design, setting, etc., enabling me to make an informed decision that I was really confident and excited about. We are glad that we got to meet Jay, as well! He was a pleasure and offered to help us with any questions or concerns that we may have - concerning the ring purchase or anything else that we may have our eyes on! Since we live in the South and are out of state, we know that they’ll be just as accommodating for us, no matter if we have a question over the phone or in person. It was such a pleasure working with Donna and Jay. Definitely excited to go back and will be sure to tell all of my friends to go to Jay Roberts, for all of their jewelry needs!

I had a stellar experience at Jay Roberts. Not only were the staff extremely knowledgeable, but the service they provided was top notch. They were respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and was happy with my purchase. They also followed up after my purchase to make sure that I was still satisfied a few days later! I would recommend this as my jewelry store of choice to anyone in the area (and even those who are not!). To top all that off... the prices were competitive and fair!

My experience at my last visit was nothing but excellent. The professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable staff makes it easy. I had brought a diamond necklace in to be updated and Olivia made a few suggestions of options to update the necklace. The new setting I picked was even more beautiful than I had hoped. I receive compliments all the time.
