Haddonfield Fine Jewelers

I took my Grandma's ring (roughly 70 years old) here to get cleaned and see if there was any history that could be determined about it. Bear answered all of my questions (I ask a lot) and never once seemed bothered by my curiosity. He is very knowledgeable, didn't have to look anything up and just started telling me about the time frame, style of that era, etc (he had the time frame to the exact era my Grandma was married). Everyone there was very helpful, informative, and not one bit pushy. I was told I really didn't need to do anything to the ring other than clean or polish if I wanted but there were some signs of wear that could be addressed later, again, if I wanted to. I decided to do the work because, well, it was my Grandma's and personally I didn't want to take a chance. When I picked it up I barely recognized it, I swear I've never seen it look this amazing in my 30+ years! Definitely happy with their service and will be back!

Patient, knowledgeable staff! I spoke to Mr. Yampell at length about my Mom's jewelry and he was so caring about each piece and had a wonderful idea regarding her costume pieces. I have purchased pieces, had repairs and refits completed and interacted with all of the staff over time. I have never been disappointed!

Haddonfield Fine Jewelers is the absolute best! The staff is beyond friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional -- and you are always treated as if you were the most important customer in the store. They take the time to work with you on whatever needs you may have -- purchasing, jewelry repair/cleaning, valuation, etc. You do not feel rushed, nor pressured to purchase. Every experience I have ever had has been enjoyable, and I would even say 'educational.' Every staff member is truly genuine, and only want the best for their customers. I would only ever recommend them for your jewelry needs -- they deserve 10 stars!!

Absolutely loved the experience in picking out the engagement ring. I worked specifically with Sam and Bear. They were so professional and very patient. Went out of their way to make sure I got the right ring in a budget I was comfortable with spending. Was never pressured to spend more than I wanted but they made sure I got the best possible diamond. Also we custom designed the ring to the way which was just perfect! And if you're wondering, She said Yes and absolutely loves the ring! Been hearing great compliments from everyone else about it as well. I highly recommend Haddonfield Jewelers to find great jewelry which is worth every penny! Definitely will be seeing these guys again for my future jewellery needs! Thank you so much for a great experience!
