I recently brought in my watch to have it serviced. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and helped promptly. Bill was a pleasure to do business with, and his staff was wonderful. He remained in great contact and handled our business quickly. I am over the moon with the service Bill and his staff provided. I will surely take my watches here in the future.

Not a bad spot. It was $11 to take out a link in my watch which I thought was a little overpriced. But they were very friendly and had some nice timepieces.

These guys are great. Very friendly. I took my new Omega watch in the day after Christmas (I was like a kid clamoring to use my Christmas gift) and they removed some of the screw links for a perfect fit and didn't berate me for trying to do it myself! Great work

Wonderful selection in every price range. Bill is very talented and created a ring for my daughter's 21st birthday that she absolutely loved. Has always done a great job servicing my watches, done right for a good price. I have shopped at Jewelry and Timepiece in all 3 locations over the years and am thrilled that he has expanded his store and his selection of pre made and custom designed jewelry. Thanks for staying with us during these tough economic times Bill, you really are an asset to the community.
