We got my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands from Brand Jewelers. We loved the sales people, and it was the only place we went that would customize. Our final products came out gorgeous, even more perfect than what we were expecting. Don’t let the store being in a mall fool you, they are great! If we have any future jewelry needs, we’ll definitely be coming here!

I have had my engagement ring for under 1 year in that tine i have been in over 5 times to have the ring fixed because of loose diamons (i do not wear my ring in the shower, while sleeping, or doing dishes). When i discuss my frustrations with managment their answers were i could exchange it for a ring 2x as much and pay the difference or they can continue to repair it but it only has a 3 year warrentee... i will not be shopping here again. This jewler has lost my all of my future business

I've bought just about every piece of jewelry I own from Brand Jewelers, the staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you like at a price you can afford. They're family owned, which you can tell as soon as you walk in ... it's not a bunch of folks just trying to collect a paycheck, they truly care about the customer, it's not easy to find a place like this anymore - everyone else is focused on making a quick sale, but Brand feels different! They have a huge selection of wedding bands, engagement rings, bracelets, earing, necklaces, watches ... they even have a rose dipped in gold, I purchase one for my wife and she loved it! I highly recommend Brand Jewlers for any upcoming jewellery purchase, ask for Nick or the young Italian looking guy (Sorry, I forget his name) ... one of the two is always there, they're who I tend to work with but I'm sure anyone there will treat you with respect, not push you into a sale and will be eager to help you make the right purchase.
