I could not be more pleased with this jeweler. Brought in my diamond engagement ring to be sized down a full size, which was purchased elsewhere. Using laser cuts Gary brought it down to fit exactly, without compromising the integrity of my diamonds on the band. Best part? Back in FIVE hours, done in house. Although pricing is more than your typical ring sizing, I trust his work is worth the money. Can’t put a price on quality. Very happy. We’ll be back for our wedding bands!!

A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I decided to make the big jump and start looking at engagement rings after dating for four years. I am new to the area for school and I really had no idea where to start looking. First, we thought about looking in Philly since it's a big city but we also decided to check some reviews out in the Cherry Hill area since it's closer. We made a list of a few jewelry stores in the area and decided to set out visiting the different stores to look at what each had to offer. We began our day at Spivak Jewelers completely by chance! We are so glad we did. We walked in and weren't sure if we were actually at a jewelry store because it felt like we were walking into someone's living room. The store was busy with lots of customers but everyone working glanced over to say hello. Josh came over and immediately started working with us. Josh was great at working with us and asking what we wanted in an engagement ring instead of pushing rings and stones on us. After viewing a few stones (and Josh not getting impatient) I finally found one and got that "that's the one" feeling. My boyfriend pulled me aside to make sure I didn't want to continue our plan of visiting more jewelry stores. I decided that I had found my ring and I was happy. I felt super comfortable with the whole experience at Spivak Jewelers. It is a family owned jewelry store where they really make you feel like you are a part of their family. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision from anyone in the store. They were very welcoming and open during the whole process. We just picked the ring up and it is absolutely beautiful. I had the exact image of what I wanted my ring to look like and it is so much more. I cannot stop staring at it. I am so grateful for the attention to detail given to my ring and I am so grateful for the customer service we received. It is a very difficult task to find a jeweler you can not only trust, but feel like your business is valuable. It is important to feel like your not just another customer, but just as important as everyone else who walks in the door. I am so blessed to have found and purchased from Spivak Jewelers. Spivak Jewelers makes sure you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door and spends the individual time and attention with you that you deserve and need when making such a decision. Gary custom designed and engraved my wedding and engagement rings. and when my wedding ring was eaten by my dog, Who else would i take it to but my most trusted and talented jewelers. I would recommend them to anyone! They taught me everything I needed to know about diamonds and rings and worked with me to help pick out the best ring that fit my budget. They made the buying process easy, and I wouldn't hesitate going back!

super friendly, clean welcoming environment to walk into, most of all great people. I am still kinda in shock Joshua (hope that is correct spelling) did not change me to add links to my watch that I did not buy there. he even adjusted a few times for me until it fit my wrist correctly .. thank you very much Joshua!
